Tom Ford launches the fourth fragrance of the Neroli Portofino collection in June 2015 (after the original Neroli Portofino from 2011, and Mandarino di Amalfi and Costa Azzurra editions from 2014), called Fleur de Portofino. The fragrance is an interpretation of white acacia trees in the Mediterranean. The composition focuses on acacia blossom, surrounded by citruses, based on acacia honey.
The top notes mix citruses and fresh flavors. There are Calabrian bergamot, Sicilian lemon, tangerine, bitter orange leaf, violet leaf and syringe. The heart is designed around white acacia flower and complemented by white magnolia, orange blossom, Moroccan rose and jasmine. The base is made of acacia honey with cistus absolute, vanilla absolute, tolu balm, civet and ambrette seed.
